Introducing New Food
Although it is very likely that your pet will start eating Tropical Carnival® Natural Behaviors® food right away, we recommend that a three week period be practiced for optimum results.
- 1. Week 1: Mix 1/4 of the Tropical Carnival® Natural Behaviors® food to 3/4 of the current food and repeat daily for one week.
- 2. Week 2: Mix 1/2 of the Tropical Carnival® Natural Behaviors® food to 1/2 of the current food and repeat daily for one week.
- 3. Week 3: Mix 3/4 of the Tropical Carnival® Natural Behaviors® food to 1/4 of the current food and repeat daily for one week.
- 4. Week 4: The transition is complete and you can supply only Tropical Carnival® Natural Behaviors® to your pet as its main diet.
Feeding Directions
Free feed choice as the ferret’s primary food source. Treats should not exceed 10% of the total daily dietary intake. Replenish food daily and always supply clean fresh supply of water. For optimal freshness, store in a cool, dry area before and after opening. Refrigerate for extended storage.
